INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are always very happy to deal with international customers and have sold numerous kites and accessories to countries such as USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Australia and much of Europe. There are however,certain countries we will not send orders to, the most prominent of which is Nigeria. This is due to the high level of credit card fraud evident in these countries.
If you would like to purchase from outside the UK please contact us via e-mail and tell us what you would like to purchase and we will contact you with total costs including postage.
UK ORDERS
We dispatch orders following payment with next day courier delivery for most kites (last order time for next day delivery to mainland UK is 3.30pm, note Northern Ireland, IOM will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery).
Smaller size kites and accessories will be shipped by Royal Mail first class post or recorded delivery for items over £5 in value.
Larger items sent by City Link couriers will carry a reference number trackable at www.city-link.co.uk if you pay by paypal we will add parcel tracking to your order and the tracking number will be mailed to you.

WARRANTY
All our powerkites come a with 1 month or 31 day warranty.We accept that occasionally kites can tear, so we are happy to provide details of very competitive kite repair services outside this period. So even if your kite is 18 months old, feel free to contact us as we should be able to assist you in getting it repaired.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
We will accept back unused or unwanted Items within 1 week of purchase, please contact us via phone or e-mail to arrange return.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Due to distance and associated shipping costs, any international returns will need to be sent back at the buyer's expense along with the cost for redispatchment following repair.
